What kind FPGA in the ECU200?


ECU200 uses Xilinx Ultrascale+ Virtex VU9P FPGA. VU9P has 2,586k logical cells, 6,840 DSP slices, 345.9 Mbit on chip memory.




What's the difference between BCU1525, VCU1525, and BTU9P


ECU200, BCU1525, VCU1525, and BTU9P are all based on Xilinx VU9P FPGA technology. ECU200 and BCU1525 are based on Xilinx XBB1525 design and have improvements of board temperature (105 celecius) . BTU9P changed the inductors of VCU1525.
